John F. Worthy, AIA
Principal Architect
John Worthy became a California licensed architect in 2002. He gained extensive expertise in numerous project types by working for several firms before creating his 20+ year legacy at what is now Muller Worthy Architects. He became a partner in 2019 after being recognized for his longstanding dedication, tremendous talent as a designer, and outstanding capabilities as an accomplished Architect. John is proud of creative design solutions with numerous design awards, having a passion to incorporate energy-efficient principles into his projects. John is a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and former President of the Ventura County Chapter. He is a USGBC-CA Professional, certified in Wildfire Defense Construction.
Outside of work, he is a member of Ventura Missionary Church, and enjoys being a mentor & volunteer counselor for foster kids. John's interests include tennis and travel in his personal time.
